Peace One Day is an initiave started by Jeremy Gilley; a worldwide truce is called in order for much needed supplies such as vaccines, food etc. to be distributed in otherwise inaccessible areas of the world. It's also a time for children and adults to appreciate the peace they enjoy within their own country and to celebrate by coming together for activities that encourage good sportsmenship. Thanks to our board member Willy Beaudry our children were able to participate in this special day. A soccer match was held between Ngombe and Meyene, a peace tree was planted and the children did some hand prints in paint to raise their hands for peace.
